Kiilto KeraSafe Speed\u200b\u200b es un adhesivo de dos componentes adecuado para aplicar la membrana para ambientes h\u00famedos KeraSafe con rodillo o brocha.<\/p>\n

Instrucciones de uso<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Mezclado:
\nShake the liquid. Pour it into the empty mixing container and sprinkle the powder component into the liquid while mixing. Carefully mix the liquid and the powder (mixing ratio 60:40 by weight) until an even mass is formed. The pot-life of the mixture is approx. 60 minutes – so mix only the amount that can be used within that time. Do not dilute a mixture that has started to harden.<\/p>\n

Paredes:
\nIf needed, sand and\/or smooth uneven substrates with a Kiilto wall plaster suitable under waterproofing and tiling. Prior to KeraSafe installation, prime the dry wall with diluted – 1:1 Kiilto Keraprimer, if necessary. Note: Priming will lengthen the open time of Kiilto KeraSafe Speed after application. Allow the primer to dry for about 1 hour before installing KeraSafe. Apply Kiilto KeraSafe Speed on angles, corners and wall surface of an area that can be covered by one piece of foil. Place KeraSafe foil in position and see that in corners the foil folds 5 cm over to the next wall and 5 cm over the floor. Press the foil tightly onto the substrate and rub into position with a rigid plastic trowel so that all air is pressed out and the foil is fully adhered to the substrate. Use Kiilto KeraSafe Speed for gluing the lap joints of the foils.<\/p>\n

Pisos:
\nIf necessary, sand and\/or smooth uneven substrates with Kiilto floor levelling compound. Prior to KeraSafe installation, prime the dry floor with diluted – 1:1 Kiilto Keraprimer, if necessary. Allow the primer to dry for about 1 hour before installing KeraSafe. Install self-adherent Kiilto KeraSafe drain reinforcement on the floor drain. Apply Kiilto KeraSafe Speed on the floor, lap joints and over the floor drain reinforcement sheet. Roll out the foil, and press into position to get all the air out. Apply Kiilto KeraSafe Speed around inlets and press suitable inlet reinforcements into position. Glue the pre-fabricated corner reinforcement pieces in place with Kiilto KeraSafe Speed. Apply Speed adhesive also on inlet reinforcement pieces and corner pieces. Before tiling, cut a hole (approx. 60 mm smaller than the diameter of the drain) for the floor drain in the foil, and mount the clamp ring.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
